| Cypess Lifts Updates Cradle Design to Include Service Platforms |
Cypress Lifts and Marine of Scroggins, Texas has updated its cradle design to include Triton Service Platforms that allow for easy access in boarding, covering, and cleaning boats. The platforms have a non-skid surface and are made out of aluminum. They are available in all of the cradle models and can be retro-fitted on older installed models with adjustable brackets. | Cypress Lifts and Marine Sponsors Fireworks Show |
Cypress Lifts and Marine has joined with other Cypress Springs area merchants to sponsor the annual Fourth of July Fireworks show. The annual fireworks exhibition over Lake Cypress Springs will begin at 9:15 p.m. Saturday, July 5. The volleys will be fired from the Mary King Park area, which will be off limits to the public as a safety precaution. Rick and Sarah Bolts host the event, sponsored by local businesses and individuals. Funds collected over the cost of the fireworks are donated to the South Franklin Volunteer Fire Department. |

April, 2008 Cypress Lifts and Marine has expanded its presence at Cedar Creek Lake in East Texas with the purchase of land located on Legendary Lane and Hwy 334. "We plan on being the number one supplier of boat lifts, boat cradles and pwc lifts for the property owners of Cedar Creek Lake, Lake Athens, Lake Palestine and Richland Chambers," said owner Larry Smith. "Our overhead lift system is the only one on the market that is maintenance-free, and the sleek look and quality performance fits in perfectly with the needs of today's watercraft owner. The planned distribution center will serve local installers and suppliers in the East Texas boat lift market. |

Dockside Boat Lifts of Montgomery, Texas has joined forces with Cypress Lifts and Marine of Scroggins, Texas to become a full service supplier of boat lifts and boat cradles for the South Texas and Texas Coastal regions. Dockside Lifts, owned by Les O'Brien, sells and installs boat lifts and jet ski lifts for Lake Livingston, Lake Conroe, Lake Houston and the Texas Coast, including Galveston and Kemah. Dockside Lifts is now offering the Triton V-Series boat lift and cradle designed for overhead lifting environments. The V-series features a greaseless, beltless, maintenance-free lift engine. Dockside also offers the Tide Tamer lifting system which is ideal for piling lift environments and watercraft up to 140,000 pounds. 
Scroggins, Texas - The first annual Memorial Mayhem party focused on food, music and fun while benefiting local charities. Cypress Lifts and Marine hosted the event along with JH3 Construction, RC Custom Construction, Cypress Cajun Restaurant and the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Over 500 party-goers enjoyed music from Cole Scroggins and the Dusty Road Band and crawfish prepared by the Cypress Cajun Restaurant. 
Cypress Lifts and Marine signed on as a 2008 sponsor for the Cedar Creek Powerboat Association. The Cedar Creek Powerboat Association was formed in late 2006 and operates as a nonprofit organization serving the Cedar Creek Reservoir Powerboating community.
